Ultimate Staffing is seeking an entry level machine operator for our client in Mesa,AZ. This is a 100% onsite position working 3 12 hour shifts one and then 4 12 hour shifts the next week with a starting pay of $19.00 an hour. Lots of opportunity for growth. The work schedule is SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, and EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY from 5:30am-6:30pm. This shift is NON NEGOTIABLE. This role requires great attention to detail in a 100% cleanroom. Must be comfortable wearing a full PPE. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and some MS Office knowledge.

The operator will be operating complex equipment in a clean-room environment with chemicals and gases in controlled processes necessary to manufacture semiconductors. Uses process control computers to monitor operation and adjust controls of processing equipment to produce desired thickness and resistivity properties. Inspects product for surface defects, and measures thickness and resistivity properties, using precision measuring instruments, microscope, and standard procedures.
